MEXICAN DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. tomatoes
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

In large casserole dish spread beans in bottom. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and place a layer of mixture on top of beans. Follow up with one layer each of the next 3 ingredients.

Top with grated Monterey Jack. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
