MEXICAN TOSTADO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) bag corn chips
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain grease. Add onion, 2 cans tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Line the bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish with 2/3 of the bag of corn chips. Spoon meat mixture over corn chips. Combine refried beans and remaining can of tomato sauce and spread over meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Crush remaining corn chips and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle shredded cheese over crushed corn chips. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
