HARVEST CARROT SALAD 
3 c. shredded carrots
17 oz. can apricot halves, drained, chopped
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. celery slices
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Combine carrots, apricots, raisins, celery, walnuts and salad dressing; mix lightly. Chill. 8 to 10 servings.
