IMPOSSIBLE QUESADILLA PIE | |
2 (4 oz. each) cans chopped green chilies, drained 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 c. Bisquick baking mix Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and guacamole (if desired). |
