ZUCCHINI CARROT SLAW 
1/3 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
3 carrots, pared and coarsely shredded
2 sm. zucchini or yellow squash, coarsely shredded
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. sugar

In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add carrots, zucchini or yellow squash and raisins. Gently toss to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6.
