HAMBURGER & CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Salt & Pepper to taste 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can tomatoes 2 cans tomato soup 1 head of cabbage 1 c. Minute Rice In skillet put hamburger, garlic salt, onion, salt and pepper. Stir until brown. Blend in tomatoes and tomato soup. Then in a 9"x13" pan place the cabbage (chopped) at the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with dry rice. Pour hamburger mixture over cabbage and rice and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
