ASPARAGUS BAKE 
1/3 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 (#2) cans asparagus spears, drained
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in melted butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Place asparagus spears in dish. Pour sauce over spears and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
