ASPARAGUS BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or 2 (14 oz.) cans asparagus
1/3 c. onion butter, melted
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. diced mozzarella cheese

Heat asparagus; drain the liquid. Arrange asparagus in 8 inch baking dish. Drizzle with onion butter, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

Onion Butter: Mix 1/2 pound butter, melted with 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Serves 6.
