CARROT/PEANUT BUTTER LOAF 
1 qt. cooked carrots
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
1 onion, diced
1 egg
Salt
Sage

Mix peanut butter with milk. Add onion, egg, rice and carrots. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees in loaf pan or casserole. Serve with cranberry sauce.
