PEANUT BUTTER CARROT BARS 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, just add
2 c. peanut butter chips
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots

In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually beat in flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Stir in peanut butter chips and carrots. Spread into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool - sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yields 60 servings.
