HOT TORTILLA CHIP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 of small jar jalapeno peppers
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 can Hormel chili without beans
1 block Monterey Jack cheese

Spread softened cream cheese on the bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine chili, green onions, and jalapenos together and pour over cream cheese. Shred cheese and evenly spread over chili mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
