CHICKEN SUPREME CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken
2 c. steamed rice
3/4 c. butter
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 hard boiled eggs
1 c. celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Cook chicken and cube. Mix all but the potato chips. Put in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with the potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 8 servings.
