MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries (partially thawed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 c. whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crumb crust baked or 1 (9 inch) pastry shell

Combine sugar, egg whites, strawberries, vanilla, lemon juice and salt in large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed 15 minutes until thick, fluffy. Fold in whipped cream and pile into shell. Freeze several hours then wrap in foil or plastic wrap. To serve, remove from freezer, slice and serve immediately. May be frozen up to 3 weeks. Makes 8 servings.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers (18)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
