SQUASH APPLE BAKE 
1 butternut squash
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
2 apples, sliced, peeled and cored
Handful of raisins

Peel squash, remove seeds, slice into 1/2 inch slices. Stir all ingredients except apples. Put squash in 9 x 13 inch baking dish then top with apples.

Sprinkle with sugar mix and drizzle a little water over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
