1 pkg. shredded coconut (7 oz.)
1/3 c. unsifted flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Combine coconut, flour and salt in medium size bowl. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla until ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Drop dough by teaspoonful about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. They will spread very little while they bake. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks with a spatula, let cool.
