JAN'S EASIEST AND BEST COCONUT
MACAROONS
 
Better than any other macaroon!

1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut flakes
2 (3 oz. ea) pkgs. REGULAR vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Mix together and drop by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment paper on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
