DANISH APPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. cranberries
1 qt. applesauce or more
4 c. graham crackers (more may be needed)
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
Milk (as directed for cooking pudding mix)
1/2 pt. whipped cream, optional

Cook cranberries in 1 cup of water and sugar as usual. Cool. Crush graham crackers and set aside. Cook pudding mix according to package directions. Layer graham crackers, cranberries, crackers, applesauce, etc. in pretty bowl. Top layer is the cooked and cooled pudding mix. Decorate with a few cranberries if desired and whipped cream on top.
