1 can (10 to 12 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained 1 can (16 oz.) pie filling, any flavor 1 box (17 oz.) cake mix, any flavor 1 c. shredded coconut 1 c. chopped nuts, opt. 1 1/2 sticks butter In ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish, mix pineapple with syrup and pie filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Top with coconut, then nuts. Thinly slice butter and place evenly over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
