GOLDEN GLOW SALAD | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. cold water 2 tbsp. lemon juice Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Blend with mixer. Pour in refrigerator tray. Quick chill for 15 or 20 minutes. Turn in bowl and whip until fluffy. Fold in 2 shredded carrots, 1/2 cup moist coconut, and 1/2 cup shredded pineapple. |
