GOLDEN GLOW SALAD | |
1 pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. pineapple juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. canned pineapple tidbits 1 c. grated raw carrots Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple and add pineapple juice and lemon juice to gelatin mixture. Place mixture in refrigerator to chill. When partially thickened add grated carrots and pineapple. |
