1 pkg. lemon or orange Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. drained pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
Pinch of salt

Dissolve Jello in the hot water. Cool and add other ingredients. Put in bowl or Jello mold.
