GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. hot water
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. coarsely grated carrots
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello and salt in hot water. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Chill. Unmold on lettuce.
