NANCY'S EASY SHRIMP ETOUFEE 
Saute:

1 sm. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 sm. bell pepper
1 stick butter

Add:

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. pre-cooked frozen shrimp (Sau-sea shrimp - 10 oz. bags) or fresh shrimp can be used

Serve over rice.
