SCALLION PORK 
1 lb. pork
2 tsp. chopped garlic
10 scallions
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. water

Slice pork into thin pieces. Put pork, garlic, sugar and soy sauce into a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes. Cut scallions into 2 inch long. Heat 3 tsp. corn oil in a pan. Add pork in and cook until color changes then add scallions and 1 tsp. salt. Fry for 15 seconds then serve.
