THICK PIZZA CRUST | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. warm water 1/4 c. oil 1 egg Pinch of salt 3 c. flour Dissolve yeast in water; add oil, egg and salt. Gradually add flour. Knead. Cover and let raise until double in size. Punch down and put in 10x15 cookie sheet. Stretch out on pan and let rise. Put toppings on you like...sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. |
