DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. green pepper

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in flour, oil, sugar, and salt. Beat 25 strokes, cover, rest 5 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x12 inch pan. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion; reserve. Pat dough in pan, pressing 1/2 inch up sides. Layer beef, tomatoes, and green peppers in pan. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes.
