SWEET POTATO BALLS 
6 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
12 marshmallows

Boil potatoes, peel and mash. Mix well with butter, sugar and nuts. Form a ball around one marshmallows. Then roll in crushed corn flakes. Just before serving, warm balls in a 350 degree oven. For 15 minutes or until marshmallows have softened or melted.

These ball can be made ahead of time and refrigerated, or frozen for later use. Makes 12 balls.
