FUDGE CUPCAKES 
2/3 c. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chips and butter over low heat. When melted, add pecans and stir well. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and unbeaten eggs. Stir in chocolate chips mixture. Do not beat. Fill muffin tins lined with paper baking cups. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
