CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES | |
1/2 lb. butter 2 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate 2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate 1 c. nuts 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Melt first 3 ingredients in double boiler; cool. By hand, mix rest of ingredients. Add chocolate mixture. Fill muffin pans nearly full and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 20 cupcakes; no frosting necessary. |
