BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
CUPCAKES:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients together. Add other ingredients, beating until well blended. Fill each muffin cup 1/2 full.

Combine softened cream cheese, egg, and sugar. Stir in chocolate chips. Put about 1 tablespoon of mixture in each cup of batter. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
