RICE SALAD 
Cook 1 cup of rice, cool, in bowl add to rice about:

8 oz. cubed Gouda cheese
8 oz. cubed, cooked ham (bologna)
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 lg. onion
1 green apple (Granny Smith)

All above should be chopped fine.

DRESSING:

5 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. salad vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
