SWEET CORN RELISH 
10 c. fresh, frozen or canned corn
7 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped red pepper (sweet)
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

Mix all vegetables in large dish. Mix together flour, mustard, turmeric. Add 1/2 cup vinegar. Add this mixture to salt, sugar and vinegar. Mix well with vegetables. Bring to boil. Simmer under 15 minutes. Bottle and seal. 8 pints.
