FUDGE PIE 
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (Hershey's in box)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat hard after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate. Add and mix thoroughly, flour and vanilla. Pour into 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge topping.
