24 Oreo cookies, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

SAUCE:

1 whole Bakers sweet German chocolate bar
1 stick butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

First bring ingredients for sauce to boil and immediately reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Next, assemble crust by mixing Oreos and 1 stick melted butter and pressing into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread softened ice cream over cooled crust.

Top with cooled sauce. Top that with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Freeze.
