VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can chicken broth (add enough water to make 5 c.)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, undrained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, undrained
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
