WESTERN CORN SCALLOP 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (10 or 12) coarsely crushed crackers
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped canned green chili peppers
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. 8 servings.
