HOMEMADE SUMMER SAUSAGE 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. mustard seed
3 tbsp. curry salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 c. cold water
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Make 2 or 3 long thin rolls; wrap in foil shiny side next to meat. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Poke holes in bottom of foil and place on rack in oven. (Place pan underneath to catch drippings.) Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Unwrap to cool. Store in refrigerator, wrapped, keeps well.
