EGG STRATA 
16 slices bread, remove crusts
2 c. diced cooked ham
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
Corn flakes
1/2 c. butter

Butter one side of 8 slices of bread. Place buttered side down on 9 x 13 pan. Add ham and cheese. Add remaining slices of bread on top. Mix all ingredients well and pour over bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Before baking sprinkle corn flakes or bread crumbs over top and drizzle with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
