1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, snipped fine with scissors
Dash salt
1/8 c. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Blend all ingredients well, spoon into an 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve cold or warm with crackers.
