GREEN VEGETABLE BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. broccoli, uncooked
1 c. green beans, uncooked
1 c. peas, uncooked
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook onion in the 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in green vegetables. Put in casserole dish, top with grated cheese. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and cracker crumbs. Scatter evenly on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
