RAISIN FILLED COOKIES 
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can raisin pie filling

Mix all ingredients except pie filling. Keep adding flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out and cut out circles of dough. Fill bottom piece with raisin pie filling and cover with another dough circle. Crimp edges. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
