COTTAGE FRY POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
3 slices bread, cubed
Salt and pepper
Parsley and celery leaves
Corn flakes or potato chips

Mix above ingredients together in casserole. Pour 1 cup melted butter over potatoes and enough milk to moisten. Crush corn flakes or potatoes over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
