FLOUR TORTILLA ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 c. grated longhorn cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onions. Stir in grated cheese. Roll mixture in flour tortillas and place in greased baking dish.

SAUCE FOR ENCHILADAS:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can chopped green chilies

Heat, stir well and pour over enchiladas, then place in moderately hot oven until food is thoroughly heated.
