SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
2 carrots, grated
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 slices bread, toasted & cubed
2 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. (or less) poultry seasoning
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. celery, chopped

Cook squash and season. Melt 1/2 stick butter; mix in cubed bread and poultry seasoning. Mix part of cubed bread with other ingredients; pour in buttered casserole and top with rest of seasoned bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
