QUICK AND EASY CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
16 oz. can corn, drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. dry stuffing mix
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine milk, cheese, corn and nutmeg in a medium bowl and mix well. Spoon evenly into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly on top. Pour melted butter evenly on top.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
