WEST COAST LONDON BROIL 
London broil, 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1-2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Mix together and pour into 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Cover with Saran Wrap; refrigerate. Turn several times for 24 hours.

Grill on fire 8-10 minutes on the first side, 6-7 minutes on the second side. Cool 10 minutes before slicing diagonally.
