MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4-1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and dry ingredients; mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Grease and flour 9"x13" pan. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. While warm spread top with 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme. Refrigerate to cool. Top with icing.
