2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt

Mix butter with sugar, add eggs and cocoa. Add vanilla, flour and salt. Mix well. Add pecans and bake in long pan until done at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 pkg. xxx sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 sm. can coconut

Mix icing. While cake is hot, spread marshmallows over cake and then pour coconut over. Pour icing over this and cool.
