MICROWAVE MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Microwave butter and cocoa on high for 2 minutes. Then stir in sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in flour, salt, vanilla and nuts. Pour into 12"x8" baking dish sprayed with Pam.

Microwave 10 to 11 minutes on high, uncovered. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Spread 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows over top as soon as removed from microwave.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 lb. box XXX sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave butter, milk and cocoa in a 2 quart glass casserole dish on high for 2 minutes. Then stir in sugar, salt and vanilla. Spread over cake while warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
