SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
1/3 c. clear Italian dressing
7 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets & peeled
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. green onions, sliced
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish mustard

Pour Italian dressing over potatoes; chill 2 hours. Add celery seed and onion. Chop egg whites and add. Sieve yolks and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard. Fold into salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill 2 hours.
